Step 1: First I found this piece of wood that was 72x5 inches.
Step 2: I cut the board into 4 equal pieces on my miter saw.
Step 3: Measure 2 inches in on two boards and make a straight line.
Step 4: I next clamped one of the pieces that were marked with one that was not, on that 2 inch mark, and screwed them together.
Step 5: I then repeated on the other board.
Step 6: I then screwed it into an old stump that was a comfortable height for me to chainsaw. I used 2 ½ inch screws, two on each side.
Step 7: I next spray painted all the screws so that they would be easily spotted when chainsawing.
